We currently accept payments via credit card - mastercard, visa and american express.

Currencies currently available to pay in are; Euro, British Pound, United States Dollar and Turkish Lira. Please note the base currency is United States dollars and daily exchange rate fluctuations can occur with prices in other currencies.
Delivery is free for all orders over 20 Euro. Orders under 20 Euro incur a flat 3 Euro delivery fee.
We make every effort to dispatch retail orders within 1 business day, often sending the same day the order was placed.
Parcels reach most destinations within two weeks. Some remote locations such as African and Pacific Islands may take longer. Registered post requires somebody be available to sign for the delivery.

Should you require express shipping please contact us directly. We are able to offer express shipping via UPS/Fedex/Yurtici Kargo, but the delivery cost and time will vary depending upon your location.
All orders are shipped from Turkey and may be subject to customs and duty charges by the relevant authorities in your country. Please check with your local authorities if you wish to determine if any charges will be applicable.
We are proud of our pieces and have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase.

However if for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us unworn in their original condition and packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will provide a return address for you to mail the item/s to us. You may choose from a refund, an exchange or a credit voucher. The customer is liable for return postage costs.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by logging into your account under "Orders>Product Orders>Cancel Order"
In the rare event you believe that the goods are faulty please contact us. We may ask you to provide pictures or other evidence to confirm the goods are faulty. In this event you will be entitled to either a replacement (if available), refund or exchange. The faulty goods need to be returned to us but you will not be liable for additional shipping charges. We will instruct you on how to ship the item/s back to us.
Yes, if you email us a description with as much detail as you can remember about the piece, we will contact you with some pictures to confirm the piece is still in stock. If it is, we will let you know how to purchase the item through our website.

We stock on average ten thousand pieces in our store! Of which only a small selection are available for purchase on our website. We specialise in unique pieces so our stock is constantly changing. If you are looking for something specific, by all means contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Yes we are able to do engraving. Please bear in mind that not all pieces can be engraved. If you would like to make an enquiry about engraving one of our online store pieces, please contact us In most cases it is a service that we can do the same day.
Yes we are able to make custom pieces. However due to time constraints we currently only take custom orders in person from our Kas store. In the future we may be able to offer this service online. If so we will update this section to let you know it is available!
